TOPIC: History of Nebraska

PURPOSE STATEMENT/S:

How do the 1930's post office murals in Nebraska tell the history of Nebraska?

FINAL PRODUCT:

The students will create a HyperStudio program displaying a part of Nebraska history that they have researched using the post office murals as a primary resource. They will then each using the knowledge they have gathered to create a quilt piece showing that learning about Nebraska history. They will then create a large quilt of the U.S.
